Owner-operator of 27 LNG carriers Teekay plans to tap the rich Norwegian market

Teekay LNG Partners, the owner or operator of 27 LNG carriers and a subsidiary of Canadian shipping company Teekay Corp., said it intended to sell bonds to raise cash in Norway, Europe's richest economy.
